Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $300 for a better apartment. Was here for a year and half the time I didn’t have hot water. The laundry units never work and the fire alarm goes off randomly throughout the night. Neither the owner or property manager ever responds. I also never got my deposit back. During the summer time it’s over 90° upstairs, because they refuse to turn the AC on. They also have had issues with squatters and allow short term rentals. Not to mention my car got broken into in the parking lot and of course they don’t have outdoor cameras. Multiple times there’s been dog poop in the hallways. This place is sad.

Very upset. Have not had ANY communication on why I have not received my security deposit back when I moved out months ago. Have emailed, called and nothing. Vanessa told me she wasn’t in charge of that yet doesn’t have someone that she can reach out to or even who I can?? Was told I should get back $325, yet it seems that the money has been stolen at this point. I paid my rent on time every month, kept the apartment clean, was a good tenant. I want answers or someone to get back to me about where the money is or this WILL become a legal matter.

This complex has RATS and ROACHES all over!! The owners are slum lords and do not take care of the property.

Beautiful place, great pricing and wonderful staff that makes it feel like home.
