Warning: the receptionist Liz was quite rude and nosey over the phone and when I stopped in to speak with a certain contact in person, Liz proceeded to be one of the most crusty, unprofessional gatekeepers I’ve worked with. Very obvious she/they don’t want to be bothered. No reason a homeowner can’t stop in to have a quick conversation in person!

This is my first encounter with Diamond Association Management & Desi has been stellar. She has patiently answered all of my questions & patiently repeated responses; when I forgot. When you are new to a community & its various processes; it's nice to have someone like Desi to be understanding & to give accurate information to ensure you got all the info needed in planning your event. Desi, has been extremely professional, productive & polite with helping me make my reservation. I've appreciated her thoughtfulness to clarify & confirm; it really has been a great experience. Thank you Desi, for going the extra mile to make our house warming event a successful one.

Diamond Association Management & Consulting mishandled a simple HOA issue and refused to correct their own mistake. The owner is an experienced property owner who owns multiple properties and condominiums and has never encountered treatment like this from any HOA. As a new condo owner, the owner was fined over $600 for installing a small, low-profile Ring doorbell camera for safety purposes — a device that was ultimately approved once the correct application was finally provided. The problem is that fees were issued before proper notice was ever given. Management claimed a certified violation notice was mailed, but USPS tracking later confirmed the item was never accepted by USPS and never delivered. Despite clear proof that notice was never sent, management still assessed and escalated

The island on secret cove cul d sac in wild wind needs major attention! I am tired of spending my water, time and money to clean up the mud that washes out of the island into the street and curb directly infront of my home. There needs to be more rock applied to the island or heavy mulch. I would like to bill the HOA $500 for the 3 hour clean up I did this morning with me and my yard guy. The amount of water I had to use to clean up the mess was absurd! It a ridiculous that none of the islands in the neighborhood have ever been maintained, including trees being trimmed, dead ones removed, mulched and rocked to keep erosion from happening.
