Diamante Apartments

I love this apartment complex and how close it is to all the local food places!! I’m always referring them to friends who are looking to start out on their own and I love how they are affordable!! I’ve been here for about 3 years now and it’s very quiet everyone keeps to themselves and whenever I have any maintenance issues maintenance responds very quickly and timely. The landlords are also very friendly and always answer any questions or concerns I may have. I will say the only issues I have had is when construction is going on in the area and it cuts the power out on the entire complex and neighborhood but it’s never out for too long but other than that I definitely recommend renting here if your looking for affordable and comfortable!!

I have been living here for about 4 years and I’ve had no complications. It’s very clean. Management is always very helpful if needed . Highly recommended

Ive been a resident here at the Diamante apartments for 10 years with my grandson. I've had so many good memories and family visits here. We have never delt with any serious issues. And the minor maintenance have been delt with in a timely manner. We appreciate property owner Mike ,office manager Stephanie, and Jaime maintenance and the rest of the crew. If any group you want on your side it's here at Diamante. It's adult and kid friendly.

Was there for over a year and had the worst experiences there. Request service on our apartment for several things and never got done. Mold in the AC vents, water leaking from the ceiling during rain, washers never had hot water, dryers never work (no heat). Other tenants complained of AC problems (leaking, mold), a neighbor had mushrooms growing in restroom and nothing was done, other apartments would also leak during rain. And nothing is ever done. Be cautious this place

Seriously, who close for boxing day. It's nit even a holiday. When we need the office, y'all don't answer. But when y'all need our rent money y'all are blowing up our phones. BTW the number they message us from, you CAN text it back, and they can respond. They lack communication skills, with the tenants
