I am giving DHI Mortgage a 3/5 rating due to the frustrating experience I had throughout the end of my mortgage process. My file was left stagnant for an extended period, and it wasn’t until days to the closing date that the underwriter identified discrepancies in my application, which required additional financial adjustments on my part. This situation became extremely frustrating because at no point during my pre-approval process was I made aware of any potential issues. As a result, I was left scrambling to make serious financial decisions at the last minute, which disrupted my finances and added unnecessary stress. My advice to DHI Mortgage is to stay on top of each application throughout the entire process and ensure that all parties involved are on the same page. Clear communication

We had Nicole thru dhi morgatage as our lender and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She worked way past business hours to get our documents filed, made sure everything got done in a timely manner and managed to get us great credits on our loan! She also didn't mind answering my millions of questions as im a super budget oriented person!
