Mikey or how ever you spell the name, was absolutely horrible. Was not welcoming one bit and kept making jokes with my husband and complimented how beautiful his hair was. I didn’t mind that , but when I asked a question she would answer me so hostile like. Super disappointed in this. I was so happy for this day and it was completely stolen by this lady’s first interaction, did not seem welcoming at all, when she called our name we were getting our kids she just walked off to the room, I’m trying to catch up with our bags. It was horrible, so ugly and so saddening.

Had a closing here. Wasn't sure if the time due to paperwork was not finalized since we showed up early. Was able to get a slot for 11 am. Once we were in actual appointment, everything g went very smoothly. Mr. Patrick Braxton, the Notary assigned to take care of my buyers, did an exceptional service. Great experience.

I'm a Realtor and although the closer was great, communication with DHI is difficult. As another mentioned, assembly line process, rigid and not easy to get in touch with by phone. I had a question and they automatically require you to leave a voice message. There's no backup contact phone for the main escrow agent. No urgency in delivering agent compensation after the sale. Typical big business problems. If I had a choice I'd choose another title company to close.
