Buying our first home was a lifelong dream and a major sacrifice for our family, which is why it has been so disappointing to experience these issues with this builder. From the moment we moved in, the water purification system they installed produced strong and unpleasant odors. Ongoing Defects and Lack of Warranty Support This week, I was forced to pay out of pocket for the first repair of the home’s water purification system, only one year and one month after purchasing the property. The technician who was previously assigned to address this issue never appeared, despite prior complaints and scheduled service requests. The system installed by the builder appears to be of extremely poor quality and has presented persistent problems since the beginning. These defects were reported multiple times within the warranty period, yet no effective or permanent solution was provided. After the warranty expired, the company ceased responding to our communications. In our opinion, this reflects inadequate product quality and a failure to provide reasonable warranty support.

Over the past year and a half I’ve closed on 5 properties with Alley Lee of DHI Title. She was efficient , professional, polite and got me through all with docusign so I didn’t have to travel to close. She made it as easy as can be and is a big asset to this company.
