Excellent service from Elizabeth and Sulema. Both ladies are amazing. Very respectful, and always ready to help you in case you need. The only thing I have to say it’s to the company: you must find the way to keep the pool open for more time, aswell the gym. Being honest, most of the residents, we works during the day until 5 or 6 pm, and we don’t have the time to enjoy those benefits of the condominium. The rest, it’s great.👍

I’ve lived here for a year, and it’s absolutely awful. The place is falling apart, and the only way to deal with it is to seal every crack, hole, and outlet with caulk. Even then, it only slows things down slightly. Maintenance is clearly neglected, and living here is extremely frustrating.

Been here 10 years. To have same people Zulema is one of a kind. . Centrally located she cares about her tenants can’t please everyone but she gives it her all. Issues come but it’s teamwork, I’m still Grateful. Morals, Integrity her Character little person with a big Heart

I have been a residence of Anza Management since 2015. By far Zulema Gonzales is the best property manager I have ever had. She communicates landlord and tenants laws and procedures effectively. She shows compassion for her work, tenant concerns and safety. She treats both the company and tenants property has though it was her own. She has attempted to provide better safety solutions to keep us and her staff safe. She stands on her word and will follow up promptly at all times. She is professional, educated, supportive and shows that she is human too. Even when I was scared living in my property after to break ins she showed that she really cared. All of the tenants have great experiences with her and often refer their family and friends to become future tenants. I will miss her a lot.

I loved my apartment here. The floor plans are genius. Office staff are amazing. Esmeralda and Zulema are the sweetest. They actually care for their residents. The maintenance team are always making sure the grounds are kept clean. If you have any issues they take care of it. Oh, you get your own washer and dryer too. 👏🏼
