There is no noise instillations in this place. I was able to hear neighbors talking, taught my keeps to tiptoe because normal steps sounded like stomping for the neighbors downstairs and even that the neighbors still reported us saying “we’re too loud”. It was very hard living here but dealt with it because management does like to fine you for everything and it is not a small amount either. I was unable to leave the complex comfortable due to management threatening us about writing us up and kick us out for noise complaints and knowing the neighbors hated us I avoided leaving the place and tried not to leave the bed as much as I could as well as the kids which was rough, I was unable to enjoy the pool due to concerns management will come tell me about the complaints all over again. Management was the best part of this subdivision. Ashlee accommodated my needs and wants she for sure deserves the world and a raise. She takes a lot of pride in her craft, very hardworking and professional at all times 1000000/10!!!!

Fall 2025 This is the longest I have ever stayed in one place. Devon Place has been my home since Spring of 2019. I survived Covid, Two Tropical Storms and Two Winter Storms in this apartment complex. I have seen this place at its peak performance and at its bad. Unfortunately now it has been at its worst 😪. The only reason this place is still standing is because of Joe the maintenance Man. The management has lowered their standards drastically on the property. There's dog poop 💩 everywhere and I'm on the first floor and I have complained and the front office has done nothing but making false promises. Devon Place has really lowered their standards. I honestly don't know what the management team is doing I'm paying so much rent to be surrounded by poop 💩 every time I step outside. I hope D

Very loud neighbors that constantly pound on the floor through out the day and night, that the doors rattle. Management does not care and tell you what you want to hear and never handle the complaints. Crazy neighbors attack you when you tell them to lower the music down at 2am every weekend(threatend with a knife and filed a police report and the yet the office did not want to take action).use to be a great place until criminals live there. Dog waste everywhere you walk, trash cans always filled up never changed, dog poop bags never refilled to pick up after dogs. The pool is packed with people that don’t live there.
