I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Devin Buoniello recently sold the home next door to me. The house was on the market for nearly 5 months with only one open house that was advertised very poorly. In the time the house was on the market I only ever saw Devin twice, once when it was initially listed and one other time during a showing. Devin finally managed to execute a contract on the home, it was for $55,000 less than the listed price. He told the owner that this contract was with a family man that was planning to use the home as his personal residence, the plan described was for his family as well as his brother's family to reside in the home after the purchase was complete (the home has a 2 bed room apartment attached upstairs with a separate entrance).
