A brilliant and friendly place with tons of options you can see and touch and arrange. Great lighting too. Wish there were more colors for countertops, but understand there are shortages. Well done.

Another master plan community, Viera ranking 6th for 2023. A community rapidly built, overpriced, overvalued and overcrowded. Homes are built on what used to be Florida wetlands and marsh west of I95. All the townhomes and apartments are built using wood frame. Website calls it affluent community means you can't afford to live there. Personally, it's the last place I would move too. I did look into it, with interest of building a dream home. First, we stopped at the Viera design center to inquire about new developments and the snooty sales lady said all they had were million-dollar homes. Sorry didn't dress the part of a millionaire. Stopped at one of the newer developments to pick up some home plans for Pangea. Overpriced. AND in the brochures, it states you have multiple HOA assessm

5 stars doesn't justify how fabulous this place is! The entire studio is clean, modern, and absolutely gorgeous. Designing your home is done with ease and excitement. Every staff is genuinely happy, helpful, and cares about YOUR home like their own! From Sarah to Alison and Nicole, you will not be disappointed in the expertise you receive here!

Great experience - lots of good custom options

The ladies are very professional and assisted in the style I was looking for. The Design Studio is beautifully decorated. Customer service is amazing.
