Our family recently purchased a move-in ready home and we love it! The reason why we chose Design Homes over other builders is their attention to the little details. Each home has unique touches and the designer has done a fantastic job putting together colors, tiles, and fixtures. They've above and beyond and chosen quality items. We worked with Angela Flory who was very helpful and available throughout the process. She worked with us and the home was completed before the set time and we were able to close early. We're thankful to be part of this beautiful community and looking forward to making many memories in this beautiful home.

Cheap builder that doesn’t stand behind their work. Purchased a brand new home built by them and less than 5 years in we have cracks in our foundation in 5 different places in our basement. The exterior waterproof barrier failed as well, so we now have to tear out the drywall to remedy the situation. When brought to their attention they simply threw their hands in the air and said not our problem. You’re outside of your 1 year warranty. Avoid this builder and go elsewhere.
