Desert Shores Villas

Theft and constant break-ins. New residents beware!!! There is a fake realtor getting keys from lockboxes and attempting to enter properties. Someone who has access to lockboxes is using the keys and trying the keys on all nearby units. She tried getting into my unit 3 different times during the day, I have seen her trying to use the keys to get into my neighbors unit. Luckily I work from home and I was able to prevent break ins each time. She's bold enough to come back and try different units. If your unit has or had a lockbox, someone has keys to your unit. Not safe

Great place to stay. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. People in this area are very nice and polite.

This property is going down hill fast. Constantly noisy and rowdy. Cars speeding through the parking lot. Grocery carts all over the place.

they shut off water with no 24 hour notice. they let you know the water will be shut off at a certain time but exceed the time they say it will be back. they said water will be back at 1pm and it’s now 4 pm and still no water. this happens frequently

My daughter live in there I love riding through there it's very clean
