My Husband and I rented from this company in 2020 and they were great! Cathy was kind, considerate and compassionate. The maintenance team were always quick and helpful. I would definitely rent with them again!

We were in desperation looking for a rental last year and we found a last-minute rental with DP. We had no idea what we were getting in to. First of all, the management company are unprofessional slumlords. They expect the most out of their tenants and their delivery is awful and delayed. We would put in work orders and i would even leave work early to meet maintenance to which they would never show or show up extremely late/days later. The unit we rented had German roach issues in which we contacted management multiple times to come and fix the issue. It was temporary fixed but then the roaches came back. These certain apartment compound should collectively be fumigated as i'm sure the other units went thru the same thing. Fast forward 11 months later, we decided it was no longer worth ou

Extremely unprofessional property management company! I had a 4:30pm appointment to view an apartment set and confirmed by Cynthia. We arrived minutes prior to the appointment time expecting someone to be on site, but there was no one to be found. After calling the office all they could tell us was that she was on her way. We spent an hour hoping someone would show up, only to keep hearing she was on her way by the office. The Office was unable to provide us an ETA or a contact number. The entire experience was definitely a waste of time. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do the same.

The same thing happened to me! I set up an appointment at 4:30, and my coworker and I LEFT WORK EARLY to make the appointment. Cynthia had also texted the wrong address, so this took some figuring out. When we arrived, I texted CYNTHIA and she said that she was running late, and was just leaving the office. We waited another 45 minutes, CYNTHIA said that she was on her way AGAIN which kept us waiting, but never showed. It was completely unprofessional and more than that, just immoral to waste someone else's time like that. I wish I could leave zero stars! Shame on you Cynthia!

I recommend Desert Properties because they are like Family. Office staff is really helpful and supportive. You call for maintenance and they help you on time. There properties are always looking nice. Cathy Barranco is a great Landlord. 5 stars for her as well!!
