Roaches that never stop and tenants that hoard junk. Irresponsible fumigation that drove roaches to my apartment and others. Run for your life. They just keep spraying and the roaches keep coming back. Random people just walk on the property looking through windows and knocking on doors and ransacking the dumpsters. Bugs coming inside due to improperly insulated and sealed cracks and crevices. Also this building is prone to leaks and floods. There is a lot of water damage and mold toxicity floating around. The VP of RPM company Teresa Vakili refuses to compensate me for the $400.00 in air purifiers and way more money in furniture that I had to toss that I lost due to roach infestation. It’s taken over 6 months to get an unsafe unsealed sliding door replaced and I’m still waiting since last

I lived here for 7 years and I loved it. The manager is amazing, I never had any issues. Great view and so peaceful, definitely recommend.
