I love my new place so clean, perfect location near the strip and most of all the service is accommodating. No hidden charges and they always fix and address your concern every time there’s an issue in your beautiful home. Safe and gated and the Management Miss Jennifer she really make you feel welcome and address all the concerns.

I’m also loving this location close to the strip shopping schools and very close to airport as well! I love it here I been living here before for a long couple years and I’m back trying it again! Jennifer is the best manager I have ever had in any place I’ve lived at in Las Vegas Valley. I love my space and my apartment was an upgrade. I've been living here for about 6 months now and I really enjoy it here. The community is gated so I feel safe walking my dog or going outside at night. It is clean and pet-friendly, with pet owners picking up after their pets. The maintenance is always great and responsive. Jennifer, the on-site manager, is very kind, helpful and understanding. Thank you for making this a lovely community! Definitely would recommend Desert Pines Villas to my family and friends!

The community is incredibly welcoming, and the management team goes above and beyond with communication especially when I was searching for an apartment moving from California to Las Vegas. The apartments are spacious, and well-maintained. I love the open layout especially with the updated kitchen ! Also the abundance of natural light that fills the space.
