Desert Meadows Apartments

Aside from the apartment being quiet which is the only plus side of living here and why I am giving one star…. the office has new people working there every other month. Since new management took over the maintenance never ever shows up. They say they’ll come and never do. Going on one month now still waiting!! Several people have got their vehicles broken into or stolen and nobody wants to do anything about it. This is city of Phoenix property and all of these accidents are happening due to the negligence of management! There aren’t any security cameras anywhere and u can literally walk into the property very easily. The location has millions of homeless people and drug addicts wandering about and it’s absolutely not safe especially at night with all the burglaries happening. The need to
