Desert Harbor Apartment Homes

My husband refers to these apartments as a hidden gem. It is definitely borderline resort style living. There pool, hot tub, and gym are in good condition. The pet spa is a nice feature as well. The complex is clean, landscaping upkeep is consistent, and maintenance has been timely with repairs. The front office staff is wonderful. They are so warm and friendly, making it easy to stop in and just say hi. Susie takes personal interest in what is going on in the complex, especially when it comes to family (including pets). She’s great with kids. A lot of kids in the complex come in to see her, as well as neighbors walking their dogs. Staff is very friendly and approachable. We are extending our lease and we are so happy to be living here. Just look at our view!

I had the most marvelous experience touring Desert Harbor Apartment Homes on W Thunderbird in Peoria, AZ with Susie who showed me two apartments, the BBQ pits, swimming pools, workout room, mailboxes, pet friendly Dog Spa, along with extra garage rentals, and prompt responses for maintenance. And, Susie is the reason I rented and continue to rent here!

My husband and I have lived here for 10 years maybe more. The staff is incredible. Susie is phenomenal. Amy is an absolute angel and great. Maintenance is always on time helping. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The other tenants are awesome. This place is one of the best places I’ve lived for an apartment, like I said we’ve been here over 10 years.

Love this place! Susie, very friendly and knowledgeable and gets things done. This is my home for the past 8 years. Great neighborhood and neighbors! This complex stays on very organized schedule for safety maintenance for tenants. Maintenance crew you can count on repairs getting fixed! The gym and pools and the grounds are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Desert Harbor Apartment Homes, go talk to Susie!

Desert Harbor is a great community! The management is very friendly and caring and make it a community! My work orders are always completed in a timely manner and are very nice! Susie is extraordinary in her management role! They are pet friendly and all the employees have been here a long time! I highly recommend Desert Harbor Apartments!
