Desert Eagle Estates

This apartment complex is wonderful. I've only been here since February but I don't plan on moving any time soon. Rent is fairly priced, office staff are super friendly and personable, and even maintenance is great! My washer went out and they were very diligent in how they handled the issue. Maintenance made sure to communicate everything that was going on and they all made sure to keep me in the loop. Special thanks to Susie (the office manager), Kita (rental assistant), and Michael (maintenance)

My first impression was how clean and well maintained the complex is. However, the best thing of all was the staff!!! Especiallly Miss Susie!!! She was very professional, and yet so approachable, helpful, kind, and compassionate!!! I felt right at home here, and I am hoping to become a tenant in the very near future!!!

I recently had a maintenance request for my broken dryer. Michael, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do to fix it, he also helped with unclogging the AC since it was leaking. He ensured everything was working perfectly before he left. I was very happy with the results.

Liz, Kita and Susie are super amazing and friendly. They handle everything in a timely manner. They have worked hard since taking over to make this a safe place to live.

To be frankly honest my neighbors are loud disrespectfully. My neighbors have no considerations of others they constantly feed the cats not caring about other people's allergies. The children here run the complex out of control parents lack home training with their children. Management needs improvement the lack of accountability in the lack of responsibility is unprofessional. Apartment needs improvement as far as the quality of people that are moving in checking for bed bugs roaches etc making people be accountable for their pets and picking up their feces.
