Desert Courtyard Apartments

Great until you need maintenance 😤 I have been a resident for almost 2 years pay rent early every month and repairs NEVER come without a struggle. This is my 4th day with a backed up kitchen sink! I have spoken to the answering service daily , emailed the office, and met with management, . Was even promised it would be fixed last night.

Beautiful and affordable apartment homes in Tucson. Very unique community, complete with a garden and events to attend. Great place to call home!

Don’t recommend this place at all. There’s always problems with the hot water & maintenance never takes care of the issues within the apartments.

Total slumlord, take it from me. I worked there with all my efforts and the owners were plain cheap, he literally only owns that place to pay for his home property tax.

Wonderful place to live, great management and clean and affordable apartment building.
