Desert Arbor Apartments

Don't rent here because I been here for 2yrs and been in 2 different apartments first off let me just I give respect where respect is due and my honest opinion so, with that being said yes they do sale used cars, when I first moved there the apartment itself was not ready. Second they will try to lie and say your rent is one thing and then try to take you to court and still lie! But ofcourse she got caught making up some numbers then had to call the city because I had bugs, leaking sinks/ toilet the city itself said it was not livable so boom we in a whole new apartment moved here within the first weak no air! First day all week with 2 kids again called the city the didn't wanna accommodate us with fans but thats part of the law they had to and now my kitchen has a backed up problem and wi

Management is incompetent, apts have roaches and bed bugs, the swimming pool is dirty with mold mainly used by homeless in the area who always stop by for a swim. Assigned parking space for tenants are 99.9% occupied by permanent visitors who live here and are not on lease. No manager on site only shows up to pick up rent and vanishes away. Most tenants have 4 or 5 cars per apt with only one or two parkngs assigned. Don't rent here management is inefficiently and incompetent to manage apartments.

I can say this place is cheap and yes if there is anything wrong with your apartment you have to do a work order and you will be taken care of. The manager she jumps on things and gets it done. I lover her she is awesome and will try to help people as much as she can. The maintenance is great here too you will always have a fixed problem if any. I lives here for 3 years now and I'm not planning on going anywhere. My family is comfortable here and the neighbors are nice. I give this place a 5 Star.

I have lived here over 19 years good and very bad,so many owners and managers with no improvements things only got worse,now thank God we have owners who care now.
