DeSatnick Real Estate - Cape May Office

We had such a wonderful experience with deSatnick Real Estate. We rented a house on Birch Rd and it was absolutely adorable. The house had EVERYTHING we needed, from laundry detergent, to cleaning supplies, towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, beach chairs, the list goes on! The house was perfect for our little family to get away for a few days. If I had one critique, it would be that the house needs a full length mirror, but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be renting from deSatnick in the future. Thank you!

My unit 406 was very comfortable, clean with kitchen appliances.The beach is less than half of a block The Rooftop has an Ocean view & you can see fireworks from there. They have grills, heated pools, parking not tight and 2 small elevators. All Towels & sheets are required if personally rented by buyer.

Wow. How unprofessional can one be??! I used DeSatnick realty for 4 years to rent out my property. Three of those years were mostly uneventful and acceptable. This past summer, like many other home renters, there was a difference. There were issues that developed, perhaps a result of not vetting the clientele. I had 13 persons stay in my property meant for a max of 10, there were cigarette butts when there was to be no smoking and I found dog toys and an empty cat litter container when there are supposed to be no pets. There was a trash issue all summer which I did not fully understand until another renter from a different agency arrived and that agent described for me the problem in detail and we rectified the situation in an hour. My family and I had a great experience with DeSatnick Real Estate. We booked a rental property that was an absolute gem, which I hope to book for next year. The home was clean and well maintained, with plenty of space for our group of 7, plus 3 dogs. Check in and check out were incredibly easy, and the office staff at DeSatnick were quick to respond when we had questions, or needed assistance. I highly recommend booking accommodations for your next shore trip through them!
