I've lived at the 125 Lake Street for two years and have had a wonderful experience. It was New Year's Eve and the fridge went out. I sent a message to the resident portal and within an hour, I had a temporary fridge. I didn't expect such quick service. The maintenance crew has always been polite and professional. The residents are friendly and kind. The sizes of apartments are spacious with great closet room. Truly a nice place to live.

I have lived in the building for 3 years now and have moved into a larger unit to start my fourth year. The management company is excellent and addresses any issues or concerns within hours of me submitting a request. They’re wonderful and communicate well. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a lovely peaceful place to live

The office staff have poor attitudes and applied charges that were not appropriate based on the leasing agreement and parking application. Thankfully, I contacted the attorney general a few weeks before my move out and they were effective in resolving my issue and my full security deposit was returned to me. Otherwise, the apartment spaces are nice and the maintenance team are very kind and respond to repair requests quickly!
