He’s been extremely helpful, gets things done quickly, and once helped me negotiate down an asking price (on a property that I eventually decided not to buy) to a much lower amount than the property ended up selling for. Moreover, he has been extremely helpful even after I closed on my home. I would never buy real estate on the island without his help.
