The most friendly step I’ve ever ever met got me into an apartment. I was homeless and they helped me out a lot best people in the world. Sara is the best and the sweetest.

Very nice staff and will help when you need it! Sarah takes care of her tenants. She cleans and drivers on her promises. Rent here is below market value and they lay our pay out bill!

Do not move here if you do not want bed bugs. All the owner cares about is getting your money . She will tell what you want to hear until you sign the lease. Once she gets the lease signed if you need anything done you will have to do it yourself. It's not worth it find something better I know I lived there real slumlords

The people here are very kind and the management here are very nice, they are doing upgrades and fixing up the building. this is a very good place to move into and the rent is affordable and utilites are cheap. No one is in your business and or even bothering you. I recommend this place. Been here over 2 years now. Im staying

Very clean apartments and great area with friendly neighbors. The landlord Ryan is very friendly and super professional and accommodating. The carpet and curtains are new and very clean. Always up to date. Overall awesome place to live!!
