I’m not sure how our review was taken down from a deal Dennis was the listing agent on. I wanted to make sure clients stayed informed. Dennis lacks any integrity.and is very good at manipulating an inspection report to work in his favor.. He would run over a kitten to obtain even a small commission on a sale.

Dennis and his partner Daren did an outstanding job selling my condo in Oakland Park, Florida. They quickly found a cash buyer who offered me 98% of the list price. Plus they negotiated the inspection and the paperwork really well, so I did not have to worry about a thing at the close! I highly recommend Dennis Hill Homes if you have a property to sell.
