Denim Scottsdale

Moved in today from another unit here and the shower, dishwasher and washing machine won’t work. Debra was nothing but rude and argumentative during the entire process. She also misled us the entire time stating the apartment would have carpet in the rooms and it would be clean but it does not. I asked this multiple times on a recorded line. She’s quitting in a week so she clearly doesn’t care but this has been the standard service since PB Bell took over. They treat you like crap unless you’re a new resident. We finally get keys and our apartment was not cleaned well at all to the point we had to come clean it even though it was apparently professionally cleaned. Called Debra she said “well it was clean when I looked at it” but I guess a quick wipe of the counters is clean for here, b

I lived in the E complex for a little over a year - was easy to reach maintenance and office for any inquiries which were replied to promptly most of the time. Friendly and safe atmosphere that has a good feeling about it, although the prices may vary for what apartment model you're moving into I'd say for me it was worth the peace of mind being in a good area in Scottsdale that was relatively close to every major thing around. Being on the second level and not in direct the path of rainfall I didn't experience any water damage but it is something to keep in mind as monsoons bring downpoors that may effect your home. All in all good place to stay and I'd recommend taking a look to see if it's a good fit for you.

I absolutely loved living at Denim! I always felt completely safe there and the apartments are extremely cozy and comforting and inviting. The leasing and maintenance staff are all so friendly, quick to respond, and happy to help. Great amenities and walking distance to the farmers market and old town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to live with a great community!

I've lived in this apartment for just about a year now and I have never had a better experience living in an apartment! From Brian and Kay & the whole maintenance team always going the extra mile to take care of us residents day in and day out, to the wonderful staff in the office - I'm really grateful and happy I chose this place!! I do specifically want to shout out the entire maintenance team again as it's been flooding the past few weeks & I've lived in other apartment complexes and have never seen a maintenance team more hardworking & so beyond hospitable than Brian & his team! I genuinely couldn't say anything bad about this complex & the wonderful Robert our landlord who all genuinely cares about each of the tenants. This year has been incredibly rough for me & I'm very appreciative

I have lived here for about 2 and a half years, and it has been a great experience. It has a great location right next to Old Town Scottsdale and the rent is reasonably priced. The management team is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is welcoming and well-kept. I highly recommend renting at Denim!
