Deluxe Inn Extended Stay

The Deluxe Inn is a smaller motel, so rooms aren't available as often. They are slightly cheaper by the week than the other motels in the area. They are definitely cleaner and have less drama. It's definitely a family oriented facility. I would recommend it being a safe place for children.

Compared to other hotels during game days it was very reasonably priced, save some money and stay a little longer if you want to spend extra time in Lincoln on your trip. My room was tidy, ac worked great, new sheets and blankets, bed was very comfortable, 15 minutes from any destination in the city. The owners were very friendly, and I can tell they are invested in their business and it appears they reinvest to maintain the property. My son and I felt very comfortable here.

The lady who manages the hotel is wonderful! She is always helpful whenever i have had a issue and treats her guests very well. I definitely recommend for someone looking for somewhere to stay.

They took our charge card info and gave us the key. Went to the room and it was disgusting. The toilet was dirty and toilet paper all over the floor. No toilet paper on the roll or any extra in the room. The shower floor was filthy. No towels. The trash cans were dirty. The room smelled funny. Went back to the office to tell them we weren't staying and to give us a credit receipt. She said there is no refund. The charge is on our credit card. And they wont answer our calls.
