Delta Victory Lake Apartments

For the most part the apartments are okay Majority of us work. So no noise at night except holidays which is expected. Maintenance comes right away the next day. The property manager is nice. The new residents have new appliances and carpet of course. Very accessible to garbage cans and keep the property clean until some residents don't put there trash in there. So there is room to be better and also better than being homeless.

Ive had a water issues in apt since i moved here (June 16')... While moving in the hot water heater leaked and my move in date had to be pushed backed for 3 weeks... So because i had the power cut on prior to me moving in i had a light bill for a apt i barely lived in... The water issues comtinued to come and it been wet for so long its seeping through the brick... The management and maintainence are entirely too unprofessional... My living room floor had been wet for almost two weeks and the smell is becoming unbearable... I inquire if they can have someone check for mold and im told i have nothing to worry about... Its been a year and a half too long and this is how they treat a tenant who has NEVER paid their late... Then there is the crime... There are drugs being sold, prostitution

I've been here for almost a year it's OK you get what you pay for. I think they should fix the park so that the kids wouldn't have to play in the street and they show on here that there is a washing room but that is a lie there isn't a facility on premises I had to go purchase my own washing and dryer. Also when it comes to fixing they do patch up work. But the management team is pretty nice

I think its important for me as a going on 5 years resident to give a review. I Love the staff they are very helpful and prompt when it comes to there profession. The ladies in the office and the maintenance department. Make sure you get your issues taken care of. They do keep my apartment issue free if I need something done they are always here mostly the sameday if they are not busy, but for sure in the next two days no longer. These kids out here thrash the parking lot all the time and they still manage to clean to up the next morning. They keep the grass cut. My only issue I have is some of the tenant who send there kids to put trash in the trash can just throw it by the trashcan and some of these lazy ppl who dont want to take that walk to the trashcan so they put it on they back pat

They don’t fix anything they have bed bugs, mold, roaches. They do not care about nothing but the money and they get upset when u want things fix.
