We had such a wonderful experience touring the one-bedroom apartment with Riri! From the moment we arrived, our leasing consultant was incredibly welcoming and professional. Her bubbly personality made the entire tour enjoyable and comfortable it truly felt like she was excited to show us around. We never felt rushed, and she took her time highlighting features that matched exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was such a positive experience. Her energy, professionalism, and expertise made a lasting impression. Anyone looking to tour should definitely ask for her, she makes the process smooth and enjoyable!

Lovely community and wonderful staff. Micky is so attentive and charming. The front office leasing agent Riri has top notch customer service and is very supportive through he process, and the manager Marlyn is helpful and welcoming. The layouts are super cute and functional.

I recently moved into the Delray and I’m loving my new unit. The property is clean and well kept, the prices are affordable, no noise pollution from neighbors and I absolutely love the front office staff. Ask for Mikey when you visit he will hands down give you the best and easiest experience. He was super communicative, informative, patient, he answered all my questions stayed late to assist me along in the process with anything that i didn’t understand. He really worked hard and we greatly appreciate him.

I didn’t even want to give this place a one star. Discrimination is at an all time high at this property. It’s a lot of details I want to express regarding the staff, but I’ll save it for corporate office, if I ever receive a call back. What I am going to say is, I was given the runarounds for a month, and I had to deal with the leasing agent Re-Re’s rudeness. After reporting all of my concerns to the supervisor Michael, they stop answering my calls in the office, and the unit was taken off of the site. They lied and said that the unit was rented out already. I waited two weeks and checked back just to see the exact same unit is back available again. The system must have traced my search because I received a call from Re-Re today letting me know that she was following up on my web search f
