Delmont Plaza Apartments

Delmont Plaza needs to be redeveloped. I’ve lived here since 2011 and I’ve seen so many changes over the past years while living here. There’s so much work that needs to be done. This housing community needs new ownership now. The current owners haven’t shown any interest in redeveloping this community to make it better for families who live here. We have no access to a “community center”, we have no inspections, apartment units need to be painted, our laundry room is substandard, and the apartment units are outdated. I believe that one day a company who actually cares will about the families in Delmont Plaza will step in and redevelop the units to bring them up to a better standard of living.
