Mary Delmar has given me a new standard to hold property managers to. She worked for me for 3 months without receiving any pay (due to lack of having a tenant) and never complained nor made it known. She understood that I was a new investor and she explained all the processes and systems to me to ensure we were on the same page. Her communication is effective and efficient as she comes to me with recommendations and solutions, not just problems. I definitely plan to give all of my future properties to Mary.

Renting through Mary has been a horrible experience. We were not immediately given a check list to note existing issues and when we asked for one after moving in it took them 2 weeks to get it to us. Then we were questioned as to whether the issues truly existed before. We have had multiple issues arise (ie garage door motor dying, dishwasher heater dying, oven broiler dying) and aside from the owners refusing to have them fixed, Mary ignored my emails until I then started bombarding her and her colleague. The response I got was “we’ve had other issues arise that were more pressing than yours”. WTH?! But rest assured, if you are a day after the 1st in getting the rent check to her she will be up your butt about it. Also super inconvenient…you can’t pay rent online, your ONLY option is to p

Mary Delmar is an exceptional property manager. I am renting the same apt. for almost 12 years from Mary. Every time I have a situation that arises and I need Mary, she is there for me 100%. I’ve always said what makes a good rental is the person who manages it. And Mary is my person.

I have worked with Mary for quite a few years. I especially enjoy the personal touch, she responds quickly to any inquiry and has so much experience that she comes up with solutions easily. Unless you have the time and inclination to manage your own rental units, Delmar properties is the best solution to property management.
