Delfe Apartments At Trolley Square

I just moved into Delfe Apartments at Trolley Square. The location is excellent—close to shops, dining, and transportation—and the community is quiet and well maintained. Management has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The move-in experience was smooth and stress-free. The application process was fast and easy. A great experience overall.

I recently applied for a apartment here and the service was 10/10.The Westover lady Christine was phenomenal with helping me apply.Also the tour guide as well.I loved the unit I toured and hope to be apart of Delfe community soon.Me and my sister gagged how great they were to us.

All the women at Westover companies are rude as hell. I applied and they took my application fee and then ghosted.. These apartments are very old. One of the women from their office told me one of their newest properties flodded at Market St and they had to move out all their tenants so I definitely dodged a bullet. Straight HELL...RUN. FAR.

I lived at Delfe Apartments for 5 years and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is well-maintained and comfortable, but what really makes it special is the management team. Ashley Crossan, the property manager, always went above and beyond to make sure tenants were happy, and Clarence from maintenance was quick, reliable, and always professional. Any time I submitted a request, it was handled promptly, which made living there stress-free. The location is fantastic — right in Trolley Square, a vibrant neighborhood filled with bars, restaurants, and everything within walking distance. It’s a very happening place, especially for young professionals. Plus, with the Brandywine River trails nearby, it’s perfect if you enjoy walking or have dogs. The community feels welcoming, safe,
