Delaware Park Apartments

I have been living at the Delaware Park Apartments for the last three years and only have amazing things to say. Not only is the apartment safe, but they’re clean and they are on top of taking care of everything! For example when it snows, they are outside first thing in the morning (im talking like 6am) shoveling away and salting the parking lot. If anything ever was wrong, you can count on Kenmore development staff to be there for you almost immediately. I have lived in a lot of different apartments where it would take weeks to get a work order addressed or hear back from the property management group. I have to say Kenmore development especially Delaware Park Apartments is by far the best. Moving on to the property manager, Jessica. She is especially the reason why I have lived here as

I am a new tenant here through Standard Property Management, and I have had a very good experience with the entire process of moving. The person who I was in contact with throughout is Jennifer F. Who was very accommodating in concerns to move in dates and scheduling as well as working with me to get everything in order. The place looks great and is clean and in great condition.

I miss living there. I havent lived there in years, but I would move back in a heart beat if they accepted smaller dogs. Kenmore Development maintains their properties and the living experience of their tenants.

One of the BEST apartments I’ve ever stayed at, Jessica is so nice and was very good at staying in communication, I was actually very sad to move not only because our apartment was amazing and located in a great spot in the city but also because I won’t have Jessica as a Property manager anymore. 10/10 recommend

I have leased from Kenmore Development for the past nine years and they are a great property management company. They have always answered maintenance requests in a timely fashion and are wonderful to rent from!
