DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I previously lived at The Reed, 115 N Broadway, a Delaurentis property in White Plains, NY and it was the worst experience of my life. The upstairs neighbors were constantly harassing me- stomping, dropping things over my bed all night, slamming doors, spraying fart spray into my AC vents (my dogs got sick and vomited blood from it) and no matter how much I complained, Beth especially treated me like a nuisance, told me to file a police report if I wanted. The older couple above my bedroom would not let me sleep at night, and the younger couple in the apt above the living area would not leave me alone during the day- their son (high school or college-aged) would even blow a dog whistle all day long or approach me outside with their larger dog in an intimidating man

We are very impressed! Eddie and Beth Delaurentis along with Katia and the rest of the office staff are courteous, professional and respond quickly to questions. The building is kept spotlessly clean, feels very safe and is quiet inside. It seems like all the tenants actually adhere to the "no smoking" policy. From the moment we arrived, our new neighbors welcomed us, many of whom have been tenants for years. Although they don't refer to ours as a luxury building, at times deliveries have been put right in front of our apartment door rather than being left in the downstairs mailroom, and the amazing showerhead, great pressure and plenty of hot water certainly seem like a luxury to me along with an assigned parking spot right outside the building entrance in a rapidly growing city where a

Never thought I’d be compelled to leave such a positive review for a property management company. Any issue is promptly handled. I let Delaurentis know that my building was having packages stolen continuously and the next day there were cameras installed and a system in place to bring the packages inside. The locks started sticking, and before I could even put in a maintenance request they had the locks changed and new keys for us all. Also, they were very helpful in getting an addendum in my renewal lease for a current situation I’m facing that makes my life so much easier. Katia is great and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Be very careful Of DeLaurentis Management, especially Beth and Eddie. They are quick to rent but they do not manage. I had no problems for the first 12 months of my lease. However, I had a water leak at my apartment at Woodworks apartments in Harrison NY ( 550 Halstead AVE, owned by 550 Halstead Ave LLC) from an air conditioning unit. I came home from work to a flood. The maintenance team did come in and clean up the water but they still have not fixed the "buckled" wood flooring and other cosmetic damage. That is not the bad part, since this leak occurred. I have been very sick as has my dog. I asked Beth and Jaime Grant , property manager at Schreiber Realty, to address the cosmetic damage and to investigate for mold. I asked months ago.. They have done nothing and do not return calls

We moved into the Lighthouse in Port Chester a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be more impressed with the building, and especially with the service that management has provided. Beth and Avi from DeLaurentis management are incredibly accommodating and very very nice people! It makes us feel at ease knowing if we ever have an issue that they're very approachable and always helpful! They're quick to respond and proactive with checking out the apartment for issues.
