Deland Commons Apartments

When I first moved in, it was a mess. Miscommunication, tension and my personal struggles with having just lost my cat the day I was moving. It was a rough start here. But I have to say this: I’ve been here a year and a half now, and I truly love this place so much. I love my apartment, I love the location and I love the staff. I’ve grown so close to everyone in the office and when I say, I finally understand the struggles THEY have when it comes to delivering news us tenants don’t like, imagine how they must feel knowing they’re going to get the back lash. Not corporate, not the higher ups, the office staff. I was one of those people in the beginning myself. I did not understand what they were up against, or the rules they had to follow, to me, it was simple stuff. And I’m so glad I was

I love our apartment so much, our fur babies love the whole staff in the complex. Our first few months were rocky but Zulai and Maritza have been absolutely amazing with helping us. It’s so easy to communicate with them about any issue. They are fantastic and the maintenance team also fantastic, they are quick to fix your issues and are great at it. I would most definitely think about signing another year lease here.

I Love My New Apartment! It’s feel like Condo very luxurious and close to Downtown DeLand where there is always something to do. Zulai, Maritza, and Jamal have been amazing and very helpful with the entire move in process. Will be recommending my friends and family.

Been living here about 5 months now and It's been a delight. Everyone in the office is very nice. Zulai has especially been helpful with anything I've had come up. She and all her staff are wonderful.

Thank you to Maritza, Zulain and the entire team for a wonderful experience! My mother lived at Deland Commons for over two years and they provided amazing customer service. It’s also a beautiful community in the perfect Downtown Deland location.
