June 2025 ..We have only been here a week but we are very happy with our spacious apartment, the patio is a nice size, the valet trash service has been good and the neighbors are very quiet. Thank you Lisa and Polet for guiding us along the move in process and helping us get approved quickly. **** Edit after 6 months at Del Sol I have to say that the apartment is very quiet. The neighbors are great. The trash valet is great , however it is not a smoke free community, I have brought this to the leasing agents attention as well as the management through emails that are never responded to. Our apartment is a comfortable space, however, upon moving in and having to fill out the move-in form and rushed to do it in two days , we found a lot of unfinished work and were told by the last manager i

Del Sol is a cool community in a great location with nice grounds and amenities for every resident. Multiple clean nice pools and hot tubs, kids play areas, BBQ grill patios, package lockers, clubhouse, dog parks, school bus stop, easy shared ride pickup, huge covered patios, separate laundry/utility room, covered parking and ample street parking - most importantly a responsive personable staff! It’s not a new property but is well maintained and not a cookie cutter meh mega-apartment complex. Central location with supper easy commute to anywhere in the valley. Walk to almost everything (Thai Coconut, Handlebar J, Safeway, NY Bagel & Bialy, Salsitos Tacos, Just Be Yoga, Tamosan Coffee, Total Wine etc) in the bustling Scottsdale/Shea corridor from a nice tree lined street and feel safe…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at Del Sol Apartments in Scottsdale! The community is clean, quiet, and in such a convenient location — close to everything I need. The apartments are well-maintained, and the amenities make it feel like home. I especially want to highlight Gracie for her amazing customer service! She was super helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Gracie made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free, always quick to answer questions and go the extra mile. Definitely recommend Del Sol Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Scottsdale — and if you can, ask for Gracie!

My wife and I have lived here for over 3.5 years. Overall it has been good, however, the property has gone downhill fast since Gracie Martinez became property manager. The sense of community is gone. Fines and towings are threatened left and right. Rent payments have gotten messed up. And the complex in general has declined. I can not recommend living here while Gracie is the manager. If you tour here and she is still working here, run. If she's not working here anymore, this is one of the best places to live. Every longtime resident we've talked to agrees that Gracie has made living here bad.

DO NOT MOVE HERE — RESEARCH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FIRST! I lived in Del Sol Apartments, Unit 163, and starting in March I began dealing with a severe cockroach infestation. I submitted maintenance requests immediately and did everything possible on my end—washing dishes nightly, keeping food sealed, and keeping the unit clean. The roaches never went away. I had to call and physically visit the office multiple times just to get a basic spray from Burns Pest Control. My requests were constantly dismissed or delayed. While all of this was happening, the property switched from Greystar to Avenue5, and communication became even worse. I had to buy my own treatment products from Home Depot, and even after finally getting a premium spray in July, the units next to and above me were never trea
