Del Rio Apartments

I lived here for a year. The staff is amazing, but a huge thing for me will always be cleanliness. The cleanliness is the area this property is horribly lacking. Incredible how much dog poop is on every single grass patch at these apartments. Disgusting.

Horrible! Have had a leak in our front bathroom since we first moved in and have had issues with it ever since! Have put in multiple request and it takes them forever to come and fix it and they don’t really fix the issue they just put a patch over it. Then when the upstairs neighbors take neighbors take a shower it leaks and causes a puddle in the patch and then leaks through and causes the hole to get even bigger and now we are stuck with a big hole in our front bathroom shower with mold now and have put in a request and still haven’t seen anyone come to fix it and we have a one year old! And when my husband calls the office the ladies there are rude and try to cut him off in the middle of him trying to tell them our issues! Can’t believe we pay $1,500 for this!

I did not end up going with these apartments but I just want to thank Scarlet in the leasing office for helping me tour these apartments and answering all of the questions I had. She was helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I hope the owners know she is the best!

I lived at del rio apartments for two years and was constantly disappointed. First when we moved in the oven didn’t work and the outdoor carpet was soiled with pet urine. It took months for the oven to be “fixed” and almost a year for the carpet to be removed. Both times me and my roommate made a ticket and followed up several times. Once those issues were finally fixed our bathroom sink would not drain and our air vents were so filthy, dust would build up everywhere. I made the manager and the leasing office aware of this several times. But I was not willing to call multiple times a week to get the issue fixed. The issues were never fixed to my knowledge(Pictured attached of the vent). I made them aware of my serious allergies and my need for the vent to be cleaned and they wanted a docto

We've leased with Del Rio for 3 years now and absolutely love this community! Leslie and her team are caring, responsive, and always professionals. Our maintenance team is unmatched! Del Rio is truly a diverse community of good neighbors- Seniors, students, families, and singles, and pet parents- who look out for one another and are respectful, and the office staff expects no less from all the tenants. The location is convenient and close to everything, and the city and mountain views from our home are an absolute blessing to experience each day. The property is always clean and well landscaped, and we feel very safe living here. The property has implemented many things, such as a nightly security patrol, and community safety meetings to do their best to keep our property free of the crime
