Working with Vito and the Del Forno team was fantastic! He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. You can tell that their management company takes great pride in their properties. It's so nice to deal with someone who actually cares about their properties versus a faceless management company who could care less. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. Couldn't recommend working with Vito more!

I was a tenant for several years and honestly had such a great experience. The building was well maintained and any time something came up, management was quick to take care of it. I also worked with Vito and the Del Forno Real Estate team on the rental side, they were wonderful to work with and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Vito, along with the entire Del Forno team, were extremely courteous, professional and attentive in the sale of my wife's Jersey City family home. It was difficult to find the right buyer for this property as my wife was intent on attempting to preserve a home that dated back to the 1800's.
