Today, we were informed that all rent payments MUST be paid via online portal. What wasn't mentioned is that all online portal payments are charged a "convenience fee". So, we are now being forced to pay an additional fee to pay our rent! I'm not sure how they can just unilaterally choose to make us pay more than our monthly rent amount, just to make it easier for them.

Spoke to the regional manager today and experience with the corporate office was very disappointing. When I reached out regarding a serious issue with my leasing company forcing me to switch to a new insurance provider—without any prior notification or consent during my entire stay—the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand or help resolve the situation, she seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The outcome was negative, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I expected more professionalism and assistance from the corporate office, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I lived at Silver Creek apartments in Marietta GA. My experience was great. This is a quite neighborhood with mostly families or couples. I didn't have any issues and the management people were really cool and did a good job!

I currently live at Hammock Cove apartments in St. Mary's and I love this place. The manager is so nice and my apartment is too. I am military was pleased to see that they offered me a military discount for my service. Thanks HC!

Very unprofessional company. Reached out to me "No Caller Id" Then proceeded to hang the call up in my face.
