Del Coronado Apartments

These people couldn't care less about their laundry rooms. They are poorly (never) maintained. Always dirty. The machines are always breaking down, both washers and dryers. If they really cared they would find a different vendor with a better service app and better machines. The service app, CSCPay Mobile, owes me and other people so much money it's borderline criminal. If you request a refund due to a broken machine not acting properly, they don't allow more than one refund request at a time. And they never fulfill the refund request. So you just end up wasting money and time and trying your luck with a different machine. Tenants are too lazy and inconsiderate to pick up/switch their laundry on time. The closest laundromat is next door but they cost 4x as much. At the time of this review

Where can you find a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in the Bay Area for around $2,250? It’s an ideal spot for young couples—affordable, peaceful, and low-key, with most residents keeping to themselves. The del Coronado apartment’s this summer 2024 the manager has been opening it and closing the pool almost all the time it was foggy and all the pool is now clear 07/12/24 and still haven’t opened it and they don’t allow you to even play like Marco Polo or ect. And also your not even allow to even jump in and the apartments are infested of cockroaches and spiders and ants the stairs are super dirty downstairs

Rosemarie is the best leasing manager, she cares about the property and the tenants. She's a great resource and just feels like a warm welcome when you live here.

Rosemary, the property manager is amazing. She made my one year lease here East and very present (moving out for something closer to work) . Any issues I had she addressed them right away. She communicated with the tenants any upcoming maintenance or issues via email and text promptly. She walks the property daily and is very professional. Maintenance personnel are very nice and take care of the property very well. Property has been slowly updated and looking better with every update. If I didn’t have to move closer to work I would definitely had stayed and rented a bigger unit.
