We’ve been fortunate to have Rebecca, from Deese Property Management, manage our rental property. She’s been amazing at screening possible tenants, drawing up fair and conscientious contracts, and being responsive both to us and our tenants. We couldn’t be happier with Rebecca, and Deese in general.

Been using Deese Property Management for two years now! With WA laws restrictive governing, using a property manager makes it easy because they make sure all the legal aspects are handled. Dani is amazing and so easy to work with! She’s handles most small issues under a certain $ threshold we set. And works w me on larger work needing done. We work well together to ensure all issues are handled. My renter was put through a credit check and is always on time. My renter has mentioned to me that Dani is always available and handles issues quickly. Don’t hesitate to use DPM for your property management. Her services cost are comparable to other PMs. Marty

We love our rental company! From the very first day we did a walk through with Anna, they have been nothing short of amazing! Anna, helped us with our lease from start to finish. Rebecca has also helped along the way. We had a couple of small issues with the home, they addressed them immediately! The maintenance person, Alex, is also easy and a pleasure to work with. Dani with Deese Property Managment has been managing my property for almost 2 years now. She found me an amazing tenant who has stayed for this entire time! Very knowledgeable with leasing, working with the new city leasing laws and customer service. I have never had a late payment or any issues getting anything fixed on my property in a timely fashion! I would have a very hard time trusting any other company with the management of my properties. Being a property manager can be quite challenging at times; they are caught between what a tenant needs/wants and what landlords are willing/can do-it is a difficult position to navigate. I have continually been impressed with Deese's ability to advocate for the tenant while working to keep costs reasonable for the landlord. Having worked with other management companies in the past, I will say that what puts Deese above all the others is their compassion and caring-for both their landlords and their tenants. It is frustrating when I read reviews from tenants that claim Deese is at fault, when I believe that it is far more likely that Deese has advocated for the tenant, but the landlord is unwilli
