Management is rude unresponsive and argumentative. Maintenance is delayed due to laziness and short upkeeps. Cars are repeatedly damaged and ran through. Camera surveillance is just for a look. Pool is constantly closed due to maintenance and management issues towards resident on personal manners. There’s no confidential information management won’t gossip of concerning residents.

Debbie, she's very nice, polite, ever smiling, kindhearted, respectful and responsible. She's serious with her job and dedicated to her job. She's always very, very ready to be of help to you. I'm giving her 100% (percent) stars 🌟 "The apartment is very good and others staffs as well. You guys should continue to keep up the good work. Thanks

UPDATE 10/2025: First and most important: There are ROACHES and other bugs in this unit and a MOUSE in our unit (Pompey springs)! The new management is short staffed since they fired the old (and good) maintenance crew. Unfortunately, they only have one or two maintenance workers so a lot of request take forever to get done (we had to wait a week with no water in the kitchen due to them forgetting to put an order in for a new sink). Secondly, the amenities are not as "luxurious" as they make it out to be. It's outdated and upon moving in, I noticed that a lot of stuff (walls, doors, shelves, etc.) was painted over. Not replaced, not cleaned, but simply painted over. There was a lot of paint chips coming off onto the floor. I also noticed that the bathtub they "renovated" had a stained fo

This place is the worst ms.Debbie is no help at all I stayed here for 2 years and nothing never got fixed or repaired and my 2 cars were broken into 5 times each and Ms.Debbie was so nonchalant about the situation and didn’t care im my Opinion it is very unsafe

We lived here for a year and had mostly positive experiences. The staff & management are great people and were very responsive and friendly. We had great interactions with them and they were very flexible with our move-out timeline while we were in contract for our house. However, the apartments are small, our neighbors were loud, and the heating/AC was very inefficient (high utility bills).
