Deerfield Village

If you’re looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend you do not sign a lease at Deerfield Village. I’ve been here for two years now my apartment is infested with cockroaches. The entire complex is infest of cockroaches. It’s also infested with rats. I was without AC for five whole days last summer. The only thing they care about is collecting their rent money. They don’t care if you’re comfortable in your home whatsoever this might be the worst apartment complex on Fort Lowell Rd. My entire load laundry was stolen out of the laundry room a few months ago. Again the leasing office isn’t held responsible and couldn’t care less. I hope someone sees this review and decides to take their hard earned money elsewhere where!

Here at Deerfield Village The landscape is well kept up, the maintenance crew and office staff do a great job in working with the residents and very accommodating. My only issue is the laundry room facility where the door is currently filthy and needs to be cleaned more often. I have to take my own cleaning supplies to clean the washing machine I will be using for the day due to all of the residents soiled laundry staining both inside and outside of the machines. I believe that keeping the washing machines clean is the responsibility of Deerfield Village and not the tenants. Is it possible to put up signage saying to clean the Lint from the dryer after each use? Other than that, Deerfield Village is a good place to live.

I really enjoy living here, management and maintenance are respectful and punctual. The common areas are well kept by cleanup as well as maintenance and this is by far the best apartment community I have lived at. Very Peaceful and I enjoy leaving my door open with the screen door closed to hear the birds singing from the trees in the back where I live.

Living here has been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. Packages go missing constantly, and it feels like management couldn’t care less about doing anything to prevent theft. Security is basically nonexistent. The final straw for me was when someone clearly on drugs camped outside my door for over 16 hours, with all their belongings piled in front of my unit. As a single woman living alone, this was terrifying. When I went to the manager for help, they were completely dismissive, showed zero concern for my safety, and acted like I was overreacting. It was beyond unprofessional it was unacceptable. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place. Just signed my second year lease at Deerfield and I'm happy with my apartment had a situation early this a.m. and Fabian along with Ron from maintenance went above and beyond their call of duty. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for taking time out of your hands to resolve the situation and taking me into consideration
