Qais Shawabkeh stormed after me down the stairs of the last rental I viewed, slamming doors behind him. I was a little late having gone to wrong apartment by accident and he was patient waiting. That's all the 1 star earns. All of this after all I did was simply ask why some of the hardware in the apartment was missing and whether they were going to repair it, why pieces of the baseboards were missing and if they were finishing that job. He finally looked up from texting on his phone to tell me the heaters along the room were baseboards and that was called "trimming." Okay call it a monkey for all I care - were they finishing it?? "No." Then asked me where I live and why I was asking so many questions. About an apartment I would be paying for... This dude definitely will not be selling
