Deer Park Apartments

Roaches, roaches and more roaches. My neighbor has them bad so of course they are coming to my apartment and dont expect them to do anything about it either, or anything else for that matter. If tou have any kind of issues in your apartment (which tou will), nothing will ever be done about it. I have never seen anything like it in my life. So much stuff has gone wrong in my place and not minor things either like disgusting no one should ever live with kind of stuff that its really more than pulling teeth to get someone ro do anything about. Oh and did I mention the roaches, let me say if your neighbor has them you will too and you either have to move or spend your pwn money to take care of the issue. Its just awful. I do not recommend at all

we currently have mice running around from apartment to apartment & nothing is being done about it , a tree fell on my boyfriends car due to negligence because the tree was a hazard months before we even moved in i would not recommend this place for anybody i would give 0 stars if possible.

Be careful out here ..old lady owns a aggressive bulldog and they allow it
