I’ve had an excellent experience living at these apartments. From day one, the property has been well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding management and service. The property manager has always been incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Their communication is timely, clear, and genuinely caring, which has made living here stress-free and enjoyable. Maintenance has also been exceptional. On the rare occasions I’ve had an issue, they were on top of it right away. Every request was handled promptly and thoroughly, and they always ensured the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I toured this apartment community with Amber, and she was extremely friendly and professional throughout the experience. The other staff members also greeted me warmly upon my arrival, which made me feel very welcome. The model home Amber showed me was beautifully presented and had a warm, cozy feel. The community itself is well maintained and very attractive. Thank you, Amber, for taking the time to give me such a pleasant tour.

I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!! In June 2025 my boyfriend was deployed for 6 months so he ended his lease, there was a remaining balance of $282 that needed to be paid. A check was given to deer meadows staff in person and was advised to put his apartment # and name of the apartment on it which was done then advised to leave on the desk. The staff lady was talking to multiple men I even ask is there anything else we need to do or should I put his name on it she said no your good. Fast forward We called back a week later to see if it the money was added to the acct was advised to give it atleast 30 days or less to be added. Now it’s October 2025 didn’t get a call or anything stating it was never received or sent to collections but yet all of a sudden there is new management and they told

I moved in July 2023 and lived in DMV for two years. I gave it 5 stars at the time because it was a nice place to live. The trouble started AFTER I moved out. Apparently, the management changed just before I left. I went back a few days after I moved out in order to collect some mail that didn't get forwarded. I took the opportunity to go back into my apartment to retrieve one item I had forgotten -- a toilet brush behind the toilet. I notice then that the carpet had been replaced. I thought, "Gee I wish they had done that before I moved in" -- there were stains at that time but I didn't think they would replace it so I didn't ask, I just put a rug over it. I checked the ActiveBuilding website (where you pay your rent and get messages) and there was a message about my security depos

This is my first apartment by myself & it has been a lovely experience. They keep the community clean, neighbors are respectful & management is kind. I’ve had no issues since I’ve been here & I am looking forward to another year & possibly man more.
