You absolutely will NOT find a better management company! I know, I've had two apartments buildings and used various management companies that were total nightmares....failing to pay utility bills for months, renting to people who were not qualified, and skimming monies for "repairs. " Deen Management is professional, responsive, honest, capable and so much more. Makema Adkins goes above and beyond to keep even the most difficult tenants happy. Deen Management is the only reason I haven't sold the real estate and I'm grateful for their excellent service.

Terrible company and no ethical. Only to mess up with owners and cause troubles to keep its appointment. I want to give zero star if I can.
