Charles, an agent of the company very unprofessional; misrepresented himself dishonestly, negotiated terms, entered a contract, did not provide legal documents, ghosted buyer and backed out of deal. Brags about doing business 21 years...yes long and WRONG! Too much competition on the market to be bothered.
