The one star is only for the friendly ladies answering the phone. Three emails were sent out to JohnC for Title docs from our lender and there was no response. I’ve been having to call them every hour to get what’s needed but of course business as usual and it has to be put off til he gets time to look into it. Would NOT recommend, contract signed 6/23 no docs as of 7/18 his assistant had to send paperwork bless her heart some of them were incorrect. Highly disappointed!! I have to push closing two weeks out because my client is going out the country and cannot make it for the newly scheduled date.

Worst title company in Houston, I had a EA named Stacey who consistently kept pushing back my closing date due to her not knowing how to do her job. It took me 3 extra weeks to close from my original closing date and had the most stress of my life dealing with the documents because she didn’t know how to review or sort out everything I highly recommend to stay away from this title company.

Declaration Title provided exceptional service throughout the closing process. I closed on the last day of the year and there were some unexpected delays but the team worked late, communicated with me, and made every effort to ensure I received all necessary documentation and that everything was completed on time. The entire closing process was smooth and efficient.

First time home buyer in 2016, definitely had the closing room jitters. Stacy and her team at Declaration Title are true professionals. At the closing table, Stacy made me feel at ease with her warm candor, and we kept a good pace working through signatures without ever feeling rushed. She and her team were wonderful to work with, and I would recommend everyone to use Declaration title for all of their residential and commercial needs. Stacey Johnson was nothing short of amazing to work with. I had called about a really complex transaction involving title issues with a divorce decree from an out of state owner and Stacey absolutely blew me away with her expertise and willingness to jump right in and help.
