Deckner Manor Apartments

DO NOT rent from here. Lemme cook Worst place to live. Their management is so poor. Everytime it snows, they're always threatening us to move our cars for the snow plows to come by. If we don't move our cars, "it could be ticketed and towed." BUT THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING. This one time it snowed on a Friday night and they said they'll plow the lots ON MONDAY. What did you guys just expect us to be trapped in the parking lot all weekend?! Because someone is too lazy to come in to work to manage the snow plows people? And because the green bay ticketing people are different from deckner management, they don't care to give out tickets. So noe Deckner is threatening that Deckner will fine us themselves. Been living here 6mo. and am impressed with the whole experience, upon moving in my apt. did have a few minor issues that were immediately addressed by management. I have been reading some not very nice reviews today 1/13/26 and I have to say it has been MY experience that everything and, or everyone I have encountered has been a positive experience. Unfortunately, I had to rewrite my review because there wasn’t enough room for all of the issues to fit. This has been the absolute worst experience of living I have ever encountered in Green Bay and I absolutely do not recommend renting from Deckner manor or any “coach light community rentals”. I lived here for 3 years and my last 1-2 years was awful when management changed to who it is currently. DO NOT RENT HERE Vikki and Gayle are the absolute worst property managers I’ve ever had! Charging 165 for a little sticky residue left on a fridge is insane !! I GOT PARKING TICKETS IN MY OWN SPACE!! They also talk about other tenants and their situations. Un professional as hell!! When asked for anything to get fixed it takes months not days !! My second year of living here with my own personal washer and dryer they decided to send me a 5 day notice to get rid of them or I needed to move out. I asked why and they said cause that’s how it is . Their main door is broken and they have NEVER fixed it anyone can get in. The hallways always smell like dog shit and cat piss. DO NOT RENT HERE

Would rate lower than 1 star if I could. They will ticket you for parking in your own spot, among many other petty things. Talk down to tenants. I’d rather stay in a shelter than ever rent from them.
